Chicken of the VNC

Wow. This may be a little geeky, but I’ll try. There is a program called VNC, that allows you to remotely use your computer from another comptuer. My favorite software title of the day — Chicken of the VNC.

Early Morning Fun

What do you do when you wake up early? I wade into my stack of neglected paperwork. UG!

shaun of the dead

For its genre (what genre is this movie in exactly? hmm), this movie deserves a full ipaulo. Kate Ashfield was a great deal more fun to watch and listen to than her evil twin Elisha Cuthbert, the infamous Kim “Oh No Mountain Lions are chasing me” Bauer from 24. Oh, imdb says the genre is “Romantic Comedy. With Zombies”. That’s a forgotten genre right there!

Leave it all behind ya

I was really sorry about all the pain Mike was in tonight. It kept him from coming out to the westside to see a movie. Carol and I went home and watched The Wonderful World of Louis Armstrong from netflix. It was simply amazing!! All his amazing music, hearing how one of the two things he always travelled with was Swiss Kriss laxative, and this incredible video footage. Everyone needs to see this!

Garden State

This wasn’t the depressing movie I figured it would be. I had a good time and thought it had a good story.

Pledge to Little Indian Boys

This is not political correctness; this is a joke! We sing about ten little indian boys. What about the poor forgotten indian girls?

And, I clearly watch too little cspan. I learned this morning the House of Representatives says the pledge of allegiance every day.

Alpha Complex Lives!

Years ago, Gary (the missing pal who hasn’t returned a phone call or an email in a while!!), Dan and I absolutely loved a little RPG called Paranoia by West End Games. Give us a good mission, 6 clones and fresh donuts @ 3 am and we could play forever. I found this non-existant Paranoia site and the Paranoia Live site.

Semaphore Ninja

Semaphore is a childhood memory for me. Reading the World Book encylopedia, I often found the pages just flopping open to this section. Years later, my web browser seems to flop open to Semaphore Ninja! Banzai!
