I think I’m a blog addict. I told myself I’d blurf for 5 minutes. I had been reading girlsarewierd for a minute or two, moved on to sexynerds
and looked at that for 30 seconds or so. Then I looked at my watch. 5
minutes already. Yikes. Today’s letter on girlsarewierd is what did me
in. Funny stuff. Oh well. Work work work.

Oh, yeah. Saw a sneak preview this weekend of Where the Heart Is with Natalie Portman and Ashley Judd. Finally, a movie I don’t have to mock Ashley’s
horrible acting. Lots of good acting by Portman, although much of the
writing was pretty blah. Good date movie. Great chick flick. Fun if
you’re a guy who likes either of the star actresses. Amazing if you
like both. Go Queen!

What have some people said about my boss? From an excellent Wired article, ‘His wife, Julia,
recalls a party when a stranger asked her if she had “any stuff.” It
took her a second to realize he was asking her for drugs. “You know,” the guy urged, “whatever it is your husband’s on.’

WoooWhooo. UCLA’s new recycling program can
finally recycle type 1 and type 2 plastics
in locations all over campus. No more throwing away those silly Rubio’s
cups I get with lunch.

Didn’t spent more than 30 seconds scrolling through this blog. Of course, The Professional is one of his top 5 movies, which gives it globs and globs of credibility in my book. Mostly, I just thought the page looked nice.

Oh boy. I just ordered my copy of Communism is Neat.
