This counterscript for dealing with telemarketers is fun reading. If frivolity results from use on actual telemarketers I’ll let you know.

santa stars
Even on Christmas eve, there are enough geeks reading slashdot to overwhelm a site like Santa Stars. Try later. It sounds like a festive holiday use of google maps. I have my GPS and camera, so I’ll try to add one from right up the street. It’s maintained by a guy who might be related to Hagrid.
bad santa
I haven’t had a chance to surf this site fully, but I assume it may not be child safe. As my sister said, it’s just wrong. But Letters from Bad Santa is pretty funny. And I have to add a link to santa’s reply to a blogger.
opera – not the web browser
This week, a tech support email came in from one of our Opera instructors. At the end of my reply, I asked “p.s. are those good operas for beginners?”. His response made us both laugh.. “LOL do you mean beginning SINGERS or beginning opera goers?”
peons and routers
These System Administrator Truths are fun. And the related End-User truths should be put under the pillow by the tooth fairy.
jewish christmas music
We heard the leevees at the BNL concert last night. When I asked a woman at work about them, she sent me this amusing piece called My Menorah. Give it a listen.
honeycombs
The emptybowl is a blog dedicated to cereal. How cool is that?
dan verssen games
Dan doesn’t have a blog (yet..), but I’m still adding dvg.com to my blogroll. Way to go Dan. First a computer game, and now a website. Woah!
oh santa my santa
And, coincidentally, the next crank of the handle reveals what I want for Christmas.
pop goes the iPaulo
I’m like a jack in the box. You never know when I’ll go off. The intrigue of international blogging and my decision to start a 12 step program for my internet addiction were noteworthy enough to crank that handle.
