We just burnt our second DVD at work! Took forever, but I think it was
mainly due to a little networking problem on my part. (hint: 100 Mbit
is faster than 10 Mbit) Ooops. Well, our new hosting provider appears to be no gem either but at least there servers are up.
Today at work, I helped
Today at work, I helped a hip artist/professor author our first DVD using our new dvd writer. Took a while to setup correctly, but in the end, voila! DVD. Pretty outrageous.
Ah! For your browsing pleasure,
Ah! For your browsing pleasure, iPaulo’s html has lost 16% of it’s bloated, weighty html 3.2-style code. (thanks to css1)
Further reductions throughout the site to follow later. Oh, yeah, if
this page now looks terrible in your web browser, do yourself a favor:
upgrade to IE 5, Opera 3.6 or higher, or Netscape 6.
I’m a bit surprised there
I’m a bit surprised there are no job openings in Napster’s legal department.
The creative genius of Bob
The creative genius of Bob Cesca strikes again. This time be sure to see Metalicops over at romp.com. You’ll need latest versions shockwave and I think flash for best results, but it’s worth it. (thanks to mg for this one!)
If you’re ever in Cambridge,
If you’re ever in Cambridge, I bet this would be fine place to purchase Limoncello.

Happy Birthday Sean
Wow. What a weekend. Celebrated Sean’s 38th birthday at Buca de Beppo
Saturday night. Amazing food, atmosphere, wine, limoncello, and an
excellent pink haired waitress. Spent the night at Mike’s since I was a
bit woozy from the Chianti and limoncello. After a fine breakfast
and quick shower, I was off to see the Big Kahuna again. Still a great
movie. Had a nice Sunday afternoon with Janet eating at some restaurant
on Green Street in Pasadena. Wish Pasadena was closer to UCLA; it would
be a great place to live.
Also, blogger’s blog of the week is a real gem : Sixfoot6. I especially like a Day at the office.
Get ready!! A new service
Get ready!! A new service provider is coming over the mountain to give iPaulo and paulthom new life. We may see a hiccup in service over the weekend, but it should be minor.
Uh Oh. My weblog only
Uh Oh. My weblog only scored 52% on the “Does Your Weblog Deserve To Die?” scale. Pretty ugly. I’m not sure how to improve that. (link from mindbloggle, which is a cute name)
