ok, some news. went to the doctor yesterday and my finger is looking
pretty good. i think i'll have a scar i can wear proudly, but sean says
the stitches will prevent that. next, a hunt. i'm in my office looking
at my
sierra club calender with an amazing photo of a place in
chile called the
salto chico cascades. it's amazing. the river and rapids below a mountain range (the
cuernos del paine i think). i did some looking, but i couldn't find any other photos of the same place (with the river) on the net. if you do,
let me know.
(btw, i think it's kind of weird that a search for 'chili' on google,
yahoo, and go all return recipes. not a thing about the country Chile)
