huh. I just learned I have a slight abnormality with my bilirubin levels in my blood. Apparently, all my other liver function indicators are normal so my doctor is pretty unconcerned. Still, weird. Passions are running high among the iPaulonesians (seeing how that feels in actual use) out there. Certain iPaulonesians (feels a bit breathy..hmm) are emailing me screaming to receive equal credit for the term iPaulonesians and feeling neglected because I didn't mention how well they are doing on HSX. Not much to report with
Not much to report with Teddy today. I didn't feel like walking him at all yesterday, so he seemed to really enjoy this morning's walk.
The Blog of the Week at Blogger is excellent. Living Colours is an amazing diary blog written by an 18 year old girl with leukemia. I don't normally read diary blogs, but after reading this one a few minutes, I had laughed, cried and been inspired. Her spirit about her disease and life in general is powerful stuff.

Well, things with Teddy have grown a bit repetitious. Walk him, feed him, pet him, walk him, feed him. He's a good companion, but he is just a dog. Well, gosh, Microsoft isn't perfect.
Well, gosh, Microsoft isn't perfect. Surprise! I'm in a training class on Windows 2000 for a few days. We were setting up the DNS for our little workshop and kaboom! It's dead. The root DNS server couldn't lookup itself, the subdomains were dead, yuck! It's a mess. The instructor - a nice guy named Dave (no this isn't our Dave, I just thought his picture midway down the page was cool) - is working through lunch trying to get everything up and running again. I've made a new friend
I've made a new friend by the name of Teddy. We take long peaceful walks twice a day, eat together, read together. Pretty much everything but sleep together. We're fast becoming friends. Perhaps we'll get to that point at some point.August 16, 2000

I know this is no excuse to neglect my fans, but I've been pretty busy with work. Two fellow IT people have resigned, summer is the time to get tons of stuff done around campus, yadda yadda yadda. Also, I may have been tied up playing Deux Ex a little bit.
On a more serious note, Sir Alec Guiness's death was a bummer. I have never seen any of his early work, which is suppose to be excellent. Ain't it Cool news recommends seeing The Ladykillers, Kind Hearts and Coronets, or The Man in the White Suit. I think I'll try to find Kind Hearts first since the esteemed John Bishop recommends it.
